Our Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to applications for courses and simulator instruction purchased through Jetlinx Flight Training limited

Prices

Prices are as shown in the contact section of the website.  The price includes all training materials and taxes.  Jetlinx Flight Training Limited reserves the right to change the price at any time.  The price for the course is frozen on receipt of a cash or cheque deposit

Payment

Payment for  training must be made by credit card, cheque or cash. Jetlinx Flight Training Limited cannot accept Solo, Electron or American Express cards. Course completion certificates will not be issued until payment is received in full and the syllabus is complete.

Payment by credit card will only be accepted on production of valid identification as required for access to the course as listed on the joining instruction page of the website www.jetlinx.co.uk/joining.pdf.  A professional pilots licence MUST be produced in order to make payment by credit card.  In addition the student paying by credit card must be the named cardholder. 

A deposit will be payable to secure a place on the course.  This deposit is only acceptable as Cash, cheque or bankers draft CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT FOR A COURSE DEPOSIT.  The amount of deposit payable is variable on time remaining until the start of the course and will be notified at the time of booking.

Credit card system.

All historical information regarding credit card, name, and address details is held on a secure computer. We do not retain records of credit card information after the transaction has been completed and payment has been received.

Cancellation of Course by the student

If the student cancels his course giving notification in excess of 35 days, any deposit paid will be returned in full.  If the student cancels within the 35 day period, the deposit is forfeit  as the student is considered to by liable for simulator costs within the 35 day period of simulator attendance

Cancellation of Course by Jetlinx Flight Training Limited

In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by Jetlinx Flight Training Limited, all deposits paid will be returned in full regardless of the timescale prior to the course.  Should the student wish to rebook, the deposit  may be retained as instructed by the student as deposit for a subsequent course.

Protection of Personal Data

You agree that any personally identifiable information you provide to us in connection with Training conducted with Jetlinx Flight Training Limited may be dealt with by Jetlinx Flight Training Limited in accordance with CAA and JAA requirements and regulations.  All personal data is securely held and will only be issued to the appropriate licencing or law enforcement bodies on receipt of a formal application for the information.  Jetlinx Flight Training Limited retains data in accordance with the Data Protection At 1998.
